It has been built with fixed landing gear, making it ideal for flights operating out of rugged airstrips. The Cessna 206 is often used for island hops and sightseeing flights. Has been recently renamed as the Cessna Turbo Stationair and generally offers space for up to 6 seats, perfect for transporting small groups of people on flights of around 700 nautical miles.
